In addition to the product exchange policy, IDS are pleased to offer a no quibble 14 day returns guarantee.  All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, for a full refund. All of our garments are scrutinized prior to despatch but should be checked before use, as we do not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return. Tights in particular will not be accepted back for any reason unless unworn.

Please use the returns note which is printed on the reverse of the picking slip enclosed with your parcel. Please mark faults with sticky tape to identify the problem. A receipt of postage should be obtained for all returned items.  All items must be returned within 14 days of invoice.

Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. Please note that garments which are not regular stock items i.e. personalised print garments, will not be accepted back for credit. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs, underwear or non-clip earrings even if returned unworn. CD’s and DVD’s are also non-returnable unless in their original unopened packaging.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
